Keynote Speaker

Dale J. Metz

He served 21 of those years as the Principal of the nationally recognized Gateway Education Center for children, birth to 21, with multiple disabilities. Mr. Metz remembers the institutions where many disabled people were warehoused. He remembers how they had no civil rights long after the civil rights movement had started.
