REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Complete a registration form for each person attending and send a check or money order for the total amount.
Pre-Conference session requires pre-registration; there will be no onsite registration. You are not required to register for the entire Expo to attend the pre-conference session.
There is no charge for one personal care attendant or sighted guide accompanying a person with a disability.
Children under 12 and accompanied by a paying adult will be admitted free. Please complete a form for children under 12 attending.
All registration fees include a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00. Cancellations must be in writing and received by November 9, 2007.
Acknowledgement of your pre-registration will be sent via e-mail. Receipts will be available on site.
Participants with/without disabilities who attend as part of their job are considered “professionals” and pay at that rate.

Continuing Education Credits

1.0 CEU credit is offered from NC DPI for attending both days of the EXPO
