2007 Assistive Technology Expo - Scholarship Application

Expo Scholarship Application:

IMPORTANT:  Expo Scholarships are intended to help with expenses, not cover the entire cost.  If you are approved for a scholarship, it might not cover ALL your expenses.  You will be required to pay the remainder of the expense. You will be notified by mail if you are approved for a scholarship. Scholarship checks will not be mailed prior to the Expo.  Checks can be picked up at the Expo Registration Desk on November 29th after 9:00am. Funding for hotel rooms will not be available for individuals who live in the Triangle area.

Application Process:

1. Submit a Scholarship Application

2. Submit an Expo Registration Form

3. Submit an Expo Registration Form for your attendant if attendant is coming with you to the Expo

4. Deadline for receiving applications is October 16, 2007
